1. About SeatsSoon
SeatsSoon is an informational SMS alert service operated by Vincent Dominski (Sole Proprietor). We notify subscribers via SMS when reservation slots may become available at selected NYC restaurants. SeatsSoon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Resy, OpenTable, Tock, or any restaurant. We do not guarantee reservation availability.
2. SMS Alert Program
By subscribing, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from SeatsSoon sent from +1 (844) 783-6011. These are informational alerts about restaurant reservation availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further alerts. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or contact seatssoon@gmail.com or 646-801-7369. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Eligibility
By subscribing, you represent that you are the account holder or have the holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
SeatsSoon provides informational alerts based on publicly available reservation schedules. We do not guarantee that reservations will be available when you receive an alert. Restaurant policies and availability can change without notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SeatsSoon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeatsSoon and Vincent Dominski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
