When you sign up for SMS alerts we collect your mobile phone number, the timestamp of your opt-in, and optionally your IP address for consent recordkeeping. We do not collect your name, email, or payment information through the SMS program.
We use your phone number solely to send you SMS alerts about reservation availability at restaurants you selected. Opt-in records are kept to document your consent as required by messaging regulations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or any personal information. We share your phone number only with Twilio, Inc., our SMS delivery provider, solely for the purpose of sending the alerts you requested. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
SeatsSoon sends informational SMS alerts about restaurant reservation availability. Message frequency varies based on the restaurants you select and their release schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, START or UNSTOP to resubscribe.
We retain your phone number and consent records while you are subscribed. If you reply STOP, we retain your opt-out record to honor your preference. You may request deletion by emailing seatssoon@gmail.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
